Unless indicated otherwise, the accommodation prices indicated are in USD, per room, per night.
Prices do not include taxes (13%).
Check-in: 03:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Breakfast and dinner are included. Drinks are excluded.
Christmas Dinner and New Year dinner will be mandatory and will have an additional Supplement. Please contact us for more details.
“Extras” such as coffee, wine, spirits, mineral water, special dietary needs, laundry services or other optional hotel guest services are not included in the price.
ADULTS ONLY POLICY
Children under the age of 18 years old are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
NO PET ALLOWED POLICY
Pets are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
Christmas and New Year: we require a four-night minimum booking for holiday reservations during the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
Easter: we require a three-night minimum booking during the Easter holiday period.
We gladly welcome groups to spend their vacation with us but, please note that we cannot accept large groups (more than 10 rooms). If you would like any more information, or to check availability, policies and prices for a group, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A credit card number is required ONLY to guarantee the reservation. The hotel won't charge this credit card without your consent.
You will be contacted by the hotel after the reservation is made with the information about all the payment methods available.
You may cancel your reservation for no charge based on the following schedule:
3 days before arrival if you stay until December 23rd, 2021
60 days before arrival if you stay between December 24th, 2021, and January 1st, 2022
14 days before arrival if you stay between January 2nd 2022 and April 9th 2022
30 days before arrival if you stay between April 10th – 16th 2022
7 days before arrival if you stay between April 17th – December 23rd, 2022
If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, we will apply a penalty of 100% of the reservation plus applicable taxes.
All bookings are accepted by us in good faith. Should we be unable to provide you with a room that you have booked, we will use all reasonable endeavors to find alternative accommodation nearby which is of a similar standard at no extra charge.
Unless otherwise stated, if the customer refuses to return to our hotel once the accommodation is at his disposal, then any increase in the price or rate alternative hotel on the said property originally designated, shall be covered or paid for by the client himself or by the travel agent.
Jardín del Eden and its employees shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with monetary crises, economic changes, electrical and internet outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Nature (hurricanes, mudslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, diseases or epidemics/ pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws.
