1.1. Unless indicated otherwise, the accommodation prices indicated are in USD, per room, per night.
1.2. Prices do not include taxes (13%).
1.3. Check-in: 03:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.
1.4. Breakfast and dinner are included. Drinks are excluded.
1.5. Christmas Dinner and New Year dinner will be mandatory and will have an additional Supplement. Please contact us for more details.
1.6. “Extras” such as coffee, wine, spirits, mineral water, special dietary needs, laundry services or other optional hotel guest services are not included in the price.
2. ADULTS ONLY POLICY
2.1. Children under the age of 18 years old are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
3. NO PET ALLOWED POLICY
3.1. Pets are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
4. MINIMUM NIGHTS
4.1. Christmas and New Year: we require a four-night minimum booking for holiday reservations during the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
4.2. Easter: we require a three-night minimum booking during the Easter holiday period.
5.1. We gladly welcome groups to spend their vacation with us but, please note that we cannot accept large groups (more than 10 rooms). If you would like any more information, or to check availability, policies and prices for a group, please contact us.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Change of plans? No problem. You can cancel for free if you do it in due time: As an independent hotel, late cancellations have a significant effect on us, so please, contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change your booking. To cancel, please call: +1-888-9595542 / (+506) 4070-0303. If you prefer, email us your cancellation request with the complete name of the traveler, confirmation code (which you received via email) and the reason for the cancellation.
We need a valid credit card number and expiration date to confirm your room reservation.
You can cancel your reservation without charge 3 days before the arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, we will apply a penalty of 100% of the reservation plus applicable taxes.
Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully. Contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.
Terms and Conditions
We are an adult-only property and accept only 18 years or older. Our Adults Only hotel concept is for those of our clients who want to relax and enjoy their vacation as a couple or single.
Full amount deposit is required at the time of the booking in peak season.
At the high & low season we require a valid credit card and expiration date to guarantee your reservation
7. HOTEL SERVICES
7.1. All bookings are accepted by us in good faith. Should we be unable to provide you with a room that you have booked, we will use all reasonable endeavors to find alternative accommodation nearby which is of a similar standard at no extra charge.
7.2. Unless otherwise stated, in the event that the customer refuses to return to our hotel once the accommodation is at his disposal, then any increase in the price or rate alternative hotel on the said property originally designated, shall be covered or paid for by the client himself or by the travel agent.
8.1. Jardín del Eden and its employees shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with monetary crises, economic changes, electrical and internet outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Nature (hurricanes, mudslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, diseases or epidemics/ pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws.
